Half Gallon Splatterware Pitcher w Circle Motif

description

This hearty pitcher is perfect for a party or dinner with friends and family. Fill it with water, juice or something spicy. Holding a generous half gallon  (72oz), this baby will be sure to fill your cup. Of course it also doubles as a fantastic flower vase... thats what I call two pots for the price of one. (To be clear its only one pot 😇).

dimensions

Approximately 7.5” x 8” x 8.5" - 72oz or 1/2 gallon.

process

My Splatterware line is perhaps, in a way, my most simplistic body of work, yet the energetic quality the splatter effect has all of the dynamism and excitement you would expect in a piece of Lenziware. The splattering effect is carefully applied underglaze. The motif is an allusion to groggy, course, iron rich, stoneware clays that have a naturally speckled surface. However, these pots are made from 100% porcelain, a clay famous for it's purity and refined smoothness.
